Structure

External structure in anti-corrosion and non-toxic hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, covered with PVC film. Internal structure with rounded corners, in Scotch Brite stainless steel both for the chamber and for the shelves.

Insulation

Insulation thickness of 60 mm on all sides of the structure, obtained by injection of high density CFC-free polyurethane foam for optimal product conservation and energy saving.

Door

Two self-closing solid doors with interchangeable magnetic gasket on four sides for perfect closure. Key locks.

Internal equipment

Equipped with 8 perforated shelves made of Scotch Brite stainless steel, adjustable in height, mounted on sliding guides.

Thermal regulation system

Silent hermetic compressor, with thermal protector and condenser system with axial impeller motor fan.

Finned evaporator, ventilated with powerful motorized fan: this forced air circulation system keeps the temperature and humidity uniform inside the compartment.

Armored electrical resistance for the chamber heating system, as opposed to the cooling system. The humidity is increased by water from a tank being evaporated and fed into the interior chamber and is reduced through condensation on evaporator surface. When the door is opened, the fan motor stops automatically to reduce sudden changes in temperature and humidity.

Electronic control system

9" touch screen electronic temperature regulator-indicator with digital reading for displaying the set and actual temperature/humidity.The regulator manages the internal temperature of the compartment with the P.I.D. system. The control panel, positioned in the upper part of the structure, is complete with the following functions and/or signals:

• ON/OFF room;
• setting of the operating temperature set;
• luminous display with indication of the temperature and humidity inside the chamber;
• videographic display of temperatures;
• USB port for data download.

High temperature safety thermostat

Consisting of a mechanical tehrmostat which deactivates the heating system. External warning light.

Humidification % system

Humidification system with electrically heated humidity generator, equipped with peristaltic pump for precise dosing of the quantity of water injected into the humidifier. Hygrometric capacitive sensor for RH % control positioned inside the chamber.

Water Type:

Demineralized Conductivity: <40µS / CM

Pressure: 1-5 BAR if from a direct water line or by means of an automatic withdrawal tank using the peristaltic pump.

Back up battery (as option)

Equipped with additional electronics with self-powered buffer battery for signaling alarms and power failure. During a power failure, the system does not maintain automatic recording, but it keeps the touch screen monitor powered.
